Products

Our herbs are certified organic through the Islands Organic Producers Association. We hand pick, dry and package in small batches where attention to quality guarantee unsurpassed flavor and aroma.

BASIL
Has a particular affinity for tomato dishes, used in Mediterranean and Italian cooking. One of our favorites -- mix with garlic and olive oil, pour over potato wedges and roast.
ROSEMARY
One of the most fragrant of herbs and very versatile, found in recipes from dumplings to preserves. Most notable with lamb and pork.
SAGE
More than just a stuffing herb, use with rich meats like duck or pork, homemade sausages, omelets, cheese or bean dishes.
OREGANO
Indispensable in Italian, Spanish and Mexican cooking, compliments almost all tomato dishes. Also use in beef or lamb stew, gravies, soups, salads and more.
GREEK OREGANO
Stronger flavor than standard oregano, excellent cooking herb. Use in any recipe that calls for oregano.
MARJORAM
Adds strong spicy flavor to soups, sauces, stuffings and stews. Rub on strong meats before roasting and add to sausages and meatloaf.
THYME
Important in French cooking and any stew, soup or ragout. Good with fish and improves digestibility of any meal.
